Use your tracking link
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Click that link to see live tracking from the carrier.
What each shipping option includes
- Free: no tracking number is provided.
- Tracked shipping: tracking number emailed when your order ships.
- Tracked + Insurance: tracking number emailed when your order ships, plus insurance cover on your delivery.
Can not find your tracking email?
Email us at rootedwellness2030@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend your tracking link.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also view your orders and tracking from your account page.
